Ingredients

  • 1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. buttermilk baking mix
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 3 oz. cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella), cut into 1/2‑inch cubes

Instructions

  1. Stir the buttermilk baking mix, milk, and dill weed together until combined.
  2. Beat the batter for 30 seconds to lighten it.
  3. Drop small spoonfuls of batter onto an ungreased 12‑inch pizza pan or foil‑wrapped cookie sheet.
  4. Press a cube of cheese into the center of each biscuit, covering it completely with batter.
  5. Bake at 375°F until the biscuits are lightly browned.
