Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans
  • 1 can Shoepeg corn
  • 1 jar pimento
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sharp grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
  • 2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 stick melted margarine
  • 1 package slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. Mix the green beans, corn, pimento, cream of celery soup, sour cream, grated cheese, onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a Pyrex dish and spread evenly.
  3. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers, toasted slivered almonds, and melted margarine over the top.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
