Ingredients

  • 1 can (1-3/4 lb.) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups diced grape tomatoes
  • 1 lg. red onion, diced
  • 2 md. pickled jalapenos
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. freshly chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp. ground oregano
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 fresh lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. Slice peppers in half; remove seeds and chop into small pieces.
  2. Roll lime to release juices and squeeze into bowl.
  3. Add all ingredients into a bowl; mix, cover and chill.
