Ingredients

  • 1 medium peeled and cut up potato
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 large piece aluminum foil
  • 1/4 lb hamburger

Instructions

  1. Form a hamburger patty.
  2. Place the hamburger patty in the center of the foil.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables on and around the hamburger patty.
  4. Fold the edges of the foil over the food to seal.
  5. Place the foil packet, folded side up, in a preheated 450°F oven and cook for 35 minutes.
