Ingredients

  • 6 oz. butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 4 cups cornflakes

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the butterscotch chips and peanut butter.
  2. Microwave at 7 (power setting) for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until melted, stirring every 30 seconds.
  3. Add the crushed cornflakes and salted peanuts to the melted mixture.
  4. Stir until the mixture is evenly coated.
  5. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
  6. Chill until set.
