Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • cream cheese
  • water
  • instant coffee
  • brandy
  • pudding mix
  • whipped topping
  • ladyfingers

Instructions

  1. Pour 1/2 cup of milk into a blender container.
  2. Add cream cheese; cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Blend in the remaining 1 cup of milk.
  4. Dissolve instant coffee in water; add to the blender with brandy.
  5. Add pudding mix; cover and blend until smooth, scraping down sides.
  6. Pour the mixture into a large bowl.
  7. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  8. Cut ladyfingers in half crosswise.
  9. Cover the bottom of an 8-inch spring-form pan with ladyfingers halves.
  10. Place remaining halves, cut ends down, around the sides of the pan.
  11. Spoon pudding mixture into the pan.
  12. Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
  13. Remove the side of the pan.
  14. Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
