- Pour the mixture into a large bowl.
- Gently stir in whipped topping.
- Cut ladyfingers in half crosswise.
- Cover the bottom of an 8-inch spring-form pan with ladyfingers halves.
- Place remaining halves, cut ends down, around the sides of the pan.
- Spoon pudding mixture into the pan.
- Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
- Remove the side of the pan.
- Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
