Ingredients

  • 2 qt. sweet corn
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. water

Instructions

  1. Cut the sweet corn from the cob.
  2. Bring water, sugar, and salt to a boil, then add the corn.
  3. Cook until it starts to boil and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Cool the corn in cold water and then freeze.
