Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1/4 c. white wine Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 drops Louisiana red hot sauce
  • 2 dashes cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
  • 4 c. pecan halves
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Combine melted margarine, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, and granulated garlic in a bowl.
  3. Spread pecan halves on a 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
  4. Pour the butter mixture over the nuts and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. Sprinkle with salt while warm.
  8. Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
