Ingredients

  • 4 cups pecan halves
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon Angostura Bitters
  • seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Place pecan halves on a 13 x 9 inch baking sheet.
  2. Preheat oven to 300°F and toast pecans for 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan, then add Angostura Bitters and 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt.
  4. Pour the butter mixture over the toasted pecans and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Add more seasoned salt if desired.
  7. Remove from oven and spread pecans on paper towels to dry.
