- Place pecan halves on a 13 x 9 inch baking sheet.
- Preheat oven to 300°F and toast pecans for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan, then add Angostura Bitters and 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt.
- Pour the butter mixture over the toasted pecans and stir to coat evenly.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Add more seasoned salt if desired.
- Remove from oven and spread pecans on paper towels to dry.
