Ingredients

  • 12 slices bacon, already lightly fried and drained
  • 6 pineapple rings
  • 12 slices white American cheese
  • 6 slices bread

Instructions

  1. Spread margarine or butter on both sides of each bread slice.
  2. Place the prepared bread slices on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Put two slices of American cheese on each piece of bread.
  4. Top each with one pineapple ring.
  5. Add two slices of bacon on top of the pineapple.
  6. Bake at 325°F for 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
