Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 jar spicy mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 can Pet milk

Instructions

  1. Cover the pork chops with spicy mustard.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet and fry the chops until browned and the mustard starts to fall off.
  3. Sauté the chopped onion in the reserved butter.
  4. Add flour and stir until the mixture is thin and brown.
  5. Pour in the canned Pet milk and stir until the sauce thickens, adding water if necessary.
  6. Add the pork chops back into the skillet and simmer for 1 hour until cooked through.
