Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Measure pecans in a small bowl.
  2. Mix vinegar and sugar; pour over pecans and stir to coat thoroughly.
  3. Let stand for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  4. Place pecans in a shallow baking dish and bake in a 300°F oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Add melted butter to pecans, stir and bake for another 5 minutes.
