Toasted Zucchini Snacks

- Stir zucchini and salt; let stand 1 hour and drain.
- Rinse and drain well, pressing out excess liquid.
- Add mayonnaise, yogurt, cheese, onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and hot pepper sauce. Spread on bread and bake on baking sheet at 375° for 12 minutes. Serve immediately.
- Makes about 48 rye bread or 32 French bread snacks.
