Ingredients

  • 4 cups baked rice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1.5 cups diced green onion
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1.5 cups bean sprouts
  • 1 cup diced red pepper
  • 0.5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 recipe oven-fried tofu

Instructions

  1. Saute minced garlic in water until fragrant and tender.
  2. Add diced green onion and cook until soft.
  3. Stir in diced celery and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Mix in bean sprouts and diced red pepper, cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Add baked rice, diced oven-fried tofu, and olive oil; stir well to combine.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot with soy sauce.
