Tofu Manicotti

Instructions
- Drain tofu.
- Mash into fine consistency with fork.
- Mix in George Washington broth and soy sauce.
- Mix in thawed and drained spinach.
- Stuff mixture into uncooked manicotti and place in greased baking dish.
- Cover manicotti with spaghetti sauce and place overnight in refrigerator.
- Bake, covered, about 50 minutes in a 350° oven.
