Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups tofu
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 3 packets George Washington broth

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Pour the mixture into a sprayed 9 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
