Tomato Cheese Spread

Ingredients

  • tomato soup
  • 1 envelope Knox gelatine
  • 3/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Instructions

  1. In a pan, warm 1 can tomato soup and cream cheese until cheese is smooth.
  2. Dissolve 1 envelope Knox gelatine in 1/4 cup cold water; add to soup while hot.
  3. Cool and add mayonnaise, celery, green pepper and onion.
  4. Refrigerate until set.
  5. Serve with crackers.
