Tomato Chowder

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. sliced onions
  • 3/4 c. diced celery
  • 1 lb. can green beans
  • 1 lb. can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
  • 2 c. diced potatoes
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (7 oz.) can tuna fish

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in saucepan. Add onions and celery. Cook over low heat until tender. Drain corn and beans. Reserve liquid and add water to measure 5 cups.
  2. Add vegetables. Cook 30 minutes.
  3. Add last beans, corn and tuna.
