Instructions
- Cut tomatoes in half and remove seeds.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté tomatoes (cut side down) for three minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until tomatoes are tender.
- Turn tomatoes over and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place tomatoes on a serving plate.
- Toast bread crumbs until golden in a skillet and sprinkle over tomatoes.
