Ingredients

  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 large package raspberry jello
  • chopped celery
  • chopped green pepper
  • dash of hot sauce
  • water

Instructions

  1. Combine the stewed tomatoes and water to make 4 cups of liquid.
  2. Bring the tomato-water mixture to a boil.
  3. Add the large package of raspberry jello to the boiling mixture and stir until dissolved.
  4. Mix in chopped celery, chopped green pepper, and a dash of hot sauce.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold or dish and refrigerate until set.
  6. Serve chilled as a refreshing salad.
