Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (14 ounce) can fruit cocktail (with juice)
  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 34 cup nuts

Instructions

  1. MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER EXCEPT BROWN SUGAR, NUTS, AND COOL WHIP.
  2. PUT IN 9X13 PAN.
  3. SPRINKLE BROWN SUGAR AND NUTS TO TOP.
  4. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30-40 minutes.
  5. COOL, ADD WHIPPED TOPPING.
