Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat oil until warm.
  2. Place a tortilla in the oil until soft (do not fry until crisp).
  3. Shake off excess oil from the tortilla.
  4. Lay tortillas flat on a surface.
  5. Put a tablespoon of prepared ground meat on each tortilla.
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly around the meat.
  7. Place the rolled tortillas on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 500°F until crunchy.
  9. Serve with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
