Instructions
- In a skillet, heat oil until warm.
- Place a tortilla in the oil until soft (do not fry until crisp).
- Shake off excess oil from the tortilla.
- Lay tortillas flat on a surface.
- Put a tablespoon of prepared ground meat on each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly around the meat.
- Place the rolled tortillas on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 500°F until crunchy.
- Serve with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
