- Cook tortellini in boiling water with 3-4 chicken bouillon cubes and 1 tablespoon of oil for 7-10 minutes.
- Melt 1 1/2 cubes of margarine in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add 2-4 cloves of garlic, minced, and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in 1 pint of half & half and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in 1 cup of Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Drain the tortellini and add it to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
