Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cubes margarine
  • 2-4 cloves garlic
  • 1 pint half & half
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini in boiling water with 3-4 chicken bouillon cubes and 1 tablespoon of oil for 7-10 minutes.
  2. Melt 1 1/2 cubes of margarine in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add 2-4 cloves of garlic, minced, and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in 1 pint of half & half and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in 1 cup of Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
  6. Drain the tortellini and add it to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  7. Serve immediately garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
