Creamy cavetelli combined with fragrant garlic, tender broccoli, and Parmesan cheese creates a comforting pasta dish perfect for quick weeknight dinners or family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 package chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 package frozen cavetelli
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook cavetelli in boiling water as directed on the package.
  2. While cavetelli is cooking, sauté garlic in margarine and olive oil until tender.
  3. Add thawed, drained broccoli to the garlic mixture and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Drain cavetelli in a large bowl.
  5. Toss the cooked cavetelli with the broccoli mixture.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top and serve.
