Tortillas and Beans

Instructions
- Empty the can of beans into a pot and cook on low.
- Next heat the oil in a small frying pan.
- (I dont really measure the oil so it could be more or less than a 1/2 cup).
- Fry the tortillas, folding them into the shape of a taco and once browned and crispy, remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
- Chop up some green onion.
- Take about a tablespoon of the beans and put in the tortilla shell along with the cheese and green onion.
- I usually make 3 tortillas per serving.
- Thats all you do!
