Tortillas and Beans

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces, weight Can Of Ranch Style Beans
  • 1 package Corn Tortillas, 10 Count
  • 1/2 cups Cooking Oil, For Frying The Tortillas
  • 1 bunch Green Onions
  • 8 ounces, weight Grated Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Empty the can of beans into a pot and cook on low.
  2. Next heat the oil in a small frying pan.
  3. (I dont really measure the oil so it could be more or less than a 1/2 cup).
  4. Fry the tortillas, folding them into the shape of a taco and once browned and crispy, remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
  5. Chop up some green onion.
  6. Take about a tablespoon of the beans and put in the tortilla shell along with the cheese and green onion.
  7. I usually make 3 tortillas per serving.
  8. Thats all you do!
