Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 to 2 cans Mexican beans with chili sauce
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (4 oz.) can taco sauce
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 medium head lettuce
  • 1 small bag Fritos
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the Mexican beans with chili sauce to the beef and simmer until heated through.
  3. In a separate pan, warm the tomato sauce and taco sauce together.
  4. Cut the lettuce finely, chop the tomatoes, and grate the Cheddar cheese.
