Ingredients

  • 2 c. rotini macaroni
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pt. cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 head lettuce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Fry the ground beef until fully cooked, then drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning to the cooked ground beef and mix well.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, seasoned ground beef, chopped green pepper, chopped onion, grated Cheddar cheese, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  5. Just before serving, add shredded lettuce and the desired amount of French dressing to the mixture and toss gently.
