Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1/4 c. maraschino cherries, cut
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Mix 2 boxes of Jell-O with 1 cup hot water; cool until set.
  2. Add crushed pineapple, chopped celery, nuts, maraschino cherries, cottage cheese, and mayonnaise to the cooled Jell-O.
  3. Pour mixture into a mold or long cake pan and refrigerate overnight until firm.
