Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 34 cup butter or 34 cup margarine
  • 12 cup cocoa
  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 12 cup nuts or 12 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350oF.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Pour batter into a well greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
  4. Bake 25 - 30 minutes.
