Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. + 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 1/3 c. mini chocolate chips
  • 1/3 c. chopped pecans
  • 3/4 c. coconut
  • 1 Tbsp. cornmeal (white/yellow)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix well and pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
  2. Bake at 350° for about 35 to 45 minutes, until golden brown.
