Instructions
- Mix tuna, mayonnaise, carrot, celery and pickle in a small bowl.
- Fill each bun with tuna salad.
- Arrange 5 buns on a long tray or board.
- Cut remaining bun in half crosswise and put half on top of first bun to look like a cabin.
- Place the other half on the back bun to look like a caboose.
- Make wheels from the cucumber slices and smokestacks from the mushrooms.
- Attach with toothpicks. Remind your children to remove the toothpicks before eating!
