Ingredients

  • 4 bananas, mashed
  • 3 c. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 40 maraschino cherries, chopped
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Chop 2 maraschino cherries in each compartment of the muffin pans.
  2. Mix bananas, orange juice, lemon juice, sugar, and crushed pineapple together.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin pans with chopped cherries.
  4. Freeze until solid.
  5. Serve on a lettuce leaf garnished with sliced fruit.
