  • filet of trout with skin on
  • lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • pinch of curry
  • tomato sauce or puree

Instructions

  1. Catch a large trout at Lake Taupo, New Zealand.
  2. Prepare the trout by cleaning and filleting with skin on.
  3. Marinate the trout in lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper for at least 2 hours or overnight.
