Ingredients

  • 6 or 8 chops
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 to 3 carrots
  • 4 to 6 potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. oil

Instructions

  1. Use 1 tablespoon of oil in large skillet; salt and pepper chops.
  2. Brown chops on both sides.
  3. Slice onion and put 1 slice on each chop.
  4. Slice pepper and scatter 4 to 5 slices around skillet. Quarter the potatoes and place around chops.
  5. Quarter carrots and place in skillet.
  6. Use 1 can soup to 3/4 can water.
  7. Mix well and pour over everything.
  8. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 1 hour.
