Troy'S Chops

Instructions
- Use 1 tablespoon of oil in large skillet; salt and pepper chops.
- Brown chops on both sides.
- Slice onion and put 1 slice on each chop.
- Slice pepper and scatter 4 to 5 slices around skillet. Quarter the potatoes and place around chops.
- Quarter carrots and place in skillet.
- Use 1 can soup to 3/4 can water.
- Mix well and pour over everything.
- Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 1 hour.
