Instructions
- In large size bowl, soften gelatin in cold water; heat soup to boiling in saucepan.
- Pour into bowl, mixing with gelatin, until gelatin is dissolved.
- Beat until smooth.
- Blend in cottage cheese and mayonnaise.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 5 cup ring mold or fish mold.
- Chill until firm.
- To serve, garnish with greens.
