Tuna Ring Mold

Ingredients

  • 2 env. unflavored gelatin, softened in 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimento
  • 2 (6 1/2-7 oz.) cans tuna fish (in chunks)

Instructions

  1. In large size bowl, soften gelatin in cold water; heat soup to boiling in saucepan.
  2. Pour into bowl, mixing with gelatin, until gelatin is dissolved.
  3. Beat until smooth.
  4. Blend in cottage cheese and mayonnaise.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 5 cup ring mold or fish mold.
  6. Chill until firm.
  7. To serve, garnish with greens.
