Tuna Timbales
Ingredients
Instructions
- Lightly brown tuna
- and
- onion in
- salad oil. Add egg yolks, bread, lemon
- juice
- and seasoning.
- Fold in egg whites and turn into greased
- custard cups.
- Bake in pan of hot water at 350° until firm.
- Unmold and serve with white sauce.
