Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry noodles
  • 1 can light chunk tuna
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped (optional)
  • 2 handfuls crushed potato chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook noodles in boiling water until done, about 8 minutes.
  3. Drain noodles and place in a 1-quart baking dish.
  4. Drain tuna and add to noodles, then add condensed cream of mushroom soup and milk, mixing well.
  5. Stir in sliced water chestnuts and chopped celery if using.
  6. Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top.
  7. Bake until hot throughout, about 30 minutes.
