Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 3/4 c. nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 3 c. chopped Worthington turkey or chicken
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 c. celery slices
  • 1/2 c. stuffed green olives
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 8 c. fresh bread cubes
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Combine turkey, 3/4 cup cheese, celery, olives and salt.
  2. Mix lightly.
  3. Place 4 cups of bread crumbs in bottom of dish.
  4. Combine all remaining ingredients except cheese.
  5. Pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. Top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
  8. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
