Turkey Boat

Instructions
- Melt margarine.
- Add flour and stir to make smooth paste. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly.
- When thickened, add cheese and stir until melted.
- Add turkey, onion and salt.
- Hollow out buns, leaving a 1-inch wall of bread on bottom and sides.
- Place on baking sheet and divide mixture between boats.
- Bake 15 minutes at 400° in oven until browned.
- Serves 6.
