Ingredients

  • bones from roasted turkey
  • onions
  • carrots
  • parsley
  • celery
  • tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • poultry seasoning

Instructions

  1. Place bones from roasted turkey in a large Dutch oven.
  2. Cover bones with cold water and cook 1/2 to 1 hour.
  3. Remove bones and put the meat back into the Dutch oven.
  4. Add the vegetables and seasonings.
  5. Cook 30 more minutes or until vegetables are just tender.
  6. Add noodles and cook until done.
