Ingredients

  • 4 turkey breast cutlets
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Pat the turkey breast cutlets dry.
  2. Mix the grated Parmesan and bread crumbs in a shallow dish.
  3. Press the mixture into both sides of each cutlet.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the coated turkey cutlets and brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
  6. Transfer the cooked cutlets to a warm platter.
  7. Add the lemon juice to the skillet and scrape up the browned bits to make a sauce.
  8. Add the remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet and stir until melted.
  9. Pour the lemon butter sauce over the cutlets and serve immediately.
