- Pat the turkey breast cutlets dry.
- Mix the grated Parmesan and bread crumbs in a shallow dish.
- Press the mixture into both sides of each cutlet.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the coated turkey cutlets and brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
- Transfer the cooked cutlets to a warm platter.
- Add the lemon juice to the skillet and scrape up the browned bits to make a sauce.
- Add the remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet and stir until melted.
- Pour the lemon butter sauce over the cutlets and serve immediately.
