Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 2/3 bottle onion juice
  • 1/4 bottle garlic juice
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
  • 3/4 bottle lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons salt

Instructions

  1. Heat hog lard until hot enough to cook potatoes.
  2. Combine all ingredients and inject into turkey.
  3. Prepare turkey for cooking.
  4. Cook turkey for 5 minutes per pound.
