Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked turkey, cut up
  • 1 jar marinara or spaghetti sauce
  • 1 can turkey or chicken gravy
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 pound lasagne noodles

Instructions

  1. Boil the lasagne noodles in water for 10 to 15 minutes or until done but not mushy.
  2. Drain the noodles in a colander and rinse with cold water.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the gravy in a pan, adding chopped parsley to it.
