Ingredients

  • 1 lb. turkey cutlets
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup Marsala wine

Instructions

  1. Lightly sprinkle spices on meat.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Dip meat into flour and cheese mixture and shake off excess.
  4. In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Lightly sprinkle the pan with garlic salt.
  6. Fry meat for 30 seconds on each side.
  7. Mix Marsala wine and lemon juice to create the sauce.
  8. Pour the sauce over the meat in the skillet.
  9. Simmer for about 3 minutes.
  10. Remove from heat.
  11. Place the meat on a plate and pour remaining juices over it.
  12. Garnish with fresh lemon wedges.
