Ingredients

  • 5 to 8 lb ground turkey
  • 1 diced onion
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3 to 4 eggs
  • 1/2 to 3/4 box seasoned bread crumbs
  • Italian seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375° to 400°F.
  2. Mix ground turkey, diced onion, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, eggs, seasoned bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, and enough tomato juice to moisten the mixture until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs of desired size and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until brown and cooked through.
