Ingredients

  • 8 slices fresh turkey (about 1/4-inch thick)
  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 oz. butter
  • 4 oz. olive oil
  • 1 lemon, cut into thin slices
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/3 c. white wine

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle fresh turkey with flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Brown the turkey lightly in the butter and olive oil.
  3. Remove the turkey to a platter and keep warm.
