Instructions
- Mix together meat, cheese, onion and pepper.
- Spread mixture over 1 tortilla and top with another.
- Cook on medium heat in a skillet with a small amount of butter or oil.
- Turn once to brown both sides lightly.
- Slice into 4 wedges each.
- Top with salsa and sour cream.
