Turkey Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 2 (5 oz.) cans chunked chicken or turkey
  • 3/4 c. shredded cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 6 to 10 (8-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Mix together meat, cheese, onion and pepper.
  2. Spread mixture over 1 tortilla and top with another.
  3. Cook on medium heat in a skillet with a small amount of butter or oil.
  4. Turn once to brown both sides lightly.
  5. Slice into 4 wedges each.
  6. Top with salsa and sour cream.
