Ingredients

  • 4 tsp. oil
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 1/2 large onions
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced thin
  • 2 c. mushrooms, sliced

Instructions

  1. Saute turkey.
  2. Add onions, garlic, chopped pepper, carrots and mushrooms.
  3. Cover.
  4. Cook 10 minutes.
