Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh green beans
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup shaved parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare green beans as desired (I steamed mine). In a large bowl toss green beans and tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Top with shaved parmesan.
