Ingredients

  • 3 cups cream-style corn
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons grated onion
  • 5 tablespoons minced parsley
  • 2/3 cup whipping cream
  • 2/3 cup white bread cubes
  • 2/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 6 drops Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs, cream-style corn, grated onion, minced parsley, whipping cream, bread cubes, shredded Swiss cheese, Tabasco, and pepper in a bowl; mix well.
  2. Spoon the mixture into a greased 2-quart baking dish.
  3. Place the baking dish in a large pan filled with water reaching two-thirds up the side of the dish.
  4. Place the pan on the rack of an oven below the middle rack.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  6. Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F.
  7. Bake until the top cracks open and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
