- Combine eggs, cream-style corn, grated onion, minced parsley, whipping cream, bread cubes, shredded Swiss cheese, Tabasco, and pepper in a bowl; mix well.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased 2-quart baking dish.
- Place the baking dish in a large pan filled with water reaching two-thirds up the side of the dish.
- Place the pan on the rack of an oven below the middle rack.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F.
- Bake until the top cracks open and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
